National Park
There are nine national parks and three wildlife sanctuaries in Ethiopia of which most are strongholds for Ethiopia's endemic mammals.
The Simien and Bale Mountains parks are famous for trekking and bird watching destinations, respectively. Here wildlife include the Walia Ibex, the Menelik's bushbuck, the Ethiopian Red Fox, the mountain Nyala, and the Gelada Baboon.
In other parks, wildlife includes the Streseman's bush crow, the white-tailed swallow, and the Lammergeyer.
Other than these, large mammals such as Elephants, Buffalos, Lions, Cheetahs are also accessible.
