Omo Valley a vast track of wilderness located in South Ethiopia, is one of the true remains of pre-colonial and pre-tourism habitat of Africa, at this point in time. This region is virtually unexplored and unspoiled since the beginning of history.
Rich in human prehistory, the Omo Valley has contributed to the existence of large number of wildlife, too.
Southwest of Ethiopia is occupied by the Nilotic and Omotic people, and at the same time it includes the 1.8 million years archeologically significant sites of Melka Kunturae and Tuto Fella.
